Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.

  • We require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send your item to the manufacturer or to any address without prior approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. herbs, flowers, dried fruits once opened)

  • Opened food-grade or consumable items

  • Custom-packed products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Any item not in its original condition or returned without our approval

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned with damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Return requests made after 7 days but under 14 days (upon case-by-case approval)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time to reflect.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, email us at happy@awafimill.com within 7 days.


Gift Orders

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the gift order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.


Return Process & Shipping

All returns must be approved before sending. Once approved:

  • Our team will arrange return pickup.

  • A return shipping charge (AED 15) may apply if the reason is not due to our error.

  • If your return is due to damage or wrong item, return shipping is free.

Returns must be sent to our approved return center. Do not send any items without confirmation.
