What it’s known for: Containing the unique compound 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) and a wealth of flavonoids. It is traditionally used to support healthy sugar balance and metabolic harmony.

How to prepare: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaves in hot water (around 90°C) for 5–10 minutes. The tea has a pleasant, mild, and slightly nutty flavor.
