AWAFI MILL delivers across the UAE, GCC countries and international destinations. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.

UAE Delivery

Standard Delivery

Delivery charge: AED 10 for orders below AED 99
Free delivery: Orders of AED 99 or more
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Standard delivery is available throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Priority Delivery

Delivery charge: AED 20
Estimated delivery: By the next working day

Orders placed before 9:00 AM may arrive on the same day or the following morning, depending on the destination and courier availability. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Orders placed later in the day are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders placed late on Friday or during Saturday may be delivered on Monday.

There are no regular courier deliveries on Sundays.

GCC Delivery

Delivery charge: AED 25
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

GCC delivery is available to:

• Saudi Arabia
• Kuwait
• Bahrain
• Oman
• Qatar

Cash on Delivery is not available for GCC orders. GCC orders must be paid using an available prepaid payment method at checkout.

International Delivery

Delivery charge: AED 85
Estimated delivery: 5–8 working days

AWAFI MILL ships to supported destinations worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and customs processing.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders. International orders must be paid using an available prepaid payment method at checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

GCC and international shipping charges do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or courier handling charges.

Most shipments may arrive without additional charges. However, when customs or import charges are applied, they must be paid by the recipient before delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities or courier and are outside AWAFI MILL’s control.

AWAFI MILL Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the courier during working days.

Orders received after the daily courier collection time may be processed on the following working day. Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next available working day.

For UAE deliveries, working days are generally Monday through Saturday. Sunday is not a regular courier delivery day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed over to the courier.

The estimated delivery periods are:

• UAE Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days
• UAE Priority Delivery: Next working day
• GCC Delivery: 3–7 working days
• International Delivery: 5–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier capacity, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations, customs clearance, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside AWAFI MILL’s control.

Priority Delivery

Priority Delivery is available within the UAE for AED 20.

Orders placed before 9:00 AM may be collected during the morning courier collection and could arrive on the same day or the following morning. Same-day delivery depends on the destination and courier availability and is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after the morning cutoff are normally delivered by the next working day. Late Friday and Saturday orders may be delivered on Monday because regular Sunday courier delivery is unavailable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

United Arab Emirates

• Orders below AED 99: AED 10 Standard Delivery
• Orders of AED 99 or more: Free Standard Delivery
• Priority Delivery: AED 20

GCC Countries

• Standard GCC Delivery: AED 25

International Destinations

• International Delivery: AED 85

The shipping charge displayed during checkout is the applicable charge for the selected address and delivery option.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take some time to appear after collection.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Recipient name
• Mobile number
• Emirate, city or region
• Building, villa or apartment details
• Street or area name
• Postal code where applicable

AWAFI MILL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by missing, incomplete or incorrect address information.

Customers should contact AWAFI MILL immediately when an address correction is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer before delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the telephone number is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the courier may schedule another attempt or return the parcel.

Additional delivery charges may apply when an order must be dispatched again because of incorrect customer information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

GCC and International Customs

GCC and international shipments are sent with duties and taxes payable by the recipient when applicable.

The customer is responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearance charges
• Destination-country fees
• Courier customs-handling charges

Customs authorities may request identification, payment confirmation or additional information from the recipient before releasing a shipment.

AWAFI MILL cannot control customs decisions, charges or clearance times.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Cash on Delivery is not available for GCC or international destinations. Customers outside the UAE must complete payment online using one of the prepaid payment methods available during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted by destination-country regulations, airline rules or courier policies.

If an order cannot be shipped to the selected destination, AWAFI MILL will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution.
