01. About Our Products

1.1 What types of products do you offer?

Awafi Mill offers a diverse selection of naturally sourced items including herbs, spices, incense, perfumes, essential oils, and rare botanicals like dried seeds, roots, leaves, flowers, and fruits. We also carry smudge sticks, oud chips, edible resins, and herbal tea blends.

1.2 Are your products natural and chemical-free?

Absolutely. Every Awafi Mill product is 100% natural and free from preservatives, synthetic fragrances, and artificial colors. We clean, sort, and pack each item by hand to maintain its quality and authenticity.

1.3 Are your products safe for consumption or tea use?

Only items labeled under edible categories are suitable for culinary or tea preparation. Please refer to the product description for usage details. Non-edible items such as incense and bakhoor are for external or aromatic use only.

02. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Do you ship across the UAE and internationally?

Yes. We deliver across all 7 emirates with options for standard, same-day, and 2-hour delivery in Ras Al Khaimah. International shipping is available on request — just contact us at happy@awafimill.com or WhatsApp for details.

2.2 What are the shipping charges and timelines?

UAE deliveries are free above a certain value. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days. Express and 2-hour options are available in select areas. International delivery rates and timeframes vary by country.

2.3 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. This applies to standard and free shipping methods. Same-day and 2-hour deliveries may not support tracking.

03. Orders & Returns

3.1 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order before it’s shipped. Please email happy@awafimill.com or message us on WhatsApp right away for assistance.

3.2 What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Products must be sealed and include original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon inspection.

3.3 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share clear photos and order details via email or WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.

4. Bulk Orders & Customer Support

4.1 Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We welcome wholesale and bulk orders from resellers, retailers, and wellness brands. Special pricing is available based on quantity. Email happy@awafimill.com to get started.

4.2 Do you offer custom packaging or private labeling?

Currently, we offer custom packaging for bulk and B2B clients. If you’re interested in branded or customized options, please reach out and we’ll explore the possibilities together.
