• Exact Product Form: Dried fruit stalks collected from sweet or sour cherries after fruit ripening. The product contains thin, woody peduncles rather than cherry fruit, bark, leaves or tree branches.

• Botanical Identity: Commercial cherry stalk material may come from Prunus avium L. or Prunus cerasus L., accepted cherry species belonging to the Rosaceae family.
