Botanical Identity: Dried Corn Silk consists of the thread-like styles and stigmas collected from maize cobs. The accepted botanical name is Zea mays L., a member of the Poaceae family.

Also Known As: Maize Silk, Corn Hair, Stigma Maydis, Maydis Stigma, Makki Ke Baal, Makai Ke Baal, Bhutte Ke Baal, Yu Mi Xu and Oksusu-suyeom.

Natural Herbal Infusion: Produces a mild, lightly sweet, grassy and corn-like infusion with soft earthy notes. Pure Corn Silk is naturally caffeine-free.

How to Prepare: Add approximately 1 teaspoon to 250ml of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Enjoy plain or combine with honey, lemon, ginger, cinnamon or mint.
