Scientific Name: Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze. Green Tea Leaves are processed tea leaves known for their fresh aroma, green appearance, and clean, lightly vegetal flavour.

• What It’s Known For: A refreshing tea with grassy, vegetal, lightly floral, mildly sweet, and gently astringent notes. Suitable for hot tea, iced tea, cold brew, lemon tea, mint blends, and flavoured tea recipes.
• How to Use: Add approximately 1 teaspoon to 200–250 ml of hot water. Steep for 2–3 minutes, strain, and serve. Avoid prolonged steeping or vigorously boiling the leaves, as this may increase bitterness.
