• What It’s Known For: A traditional botanical tea ingredient with a pronounced bitter, earthy, green and herbaceous flavour followed by a mild natural sweetness. Commonly prepared alone or blended with chrysanthemum, goji berries, mint, ginger, citrus peel or selected loose-leaf teas.
• How to Use: Add approximately ½–1 teaspoon of Notoginseng Flower Buds to 200–250 ml of hot water. Cover and steep for 5–8 minutes, then strain. Begin with a small quantity because the natural flavour is noticeably bitter.
