At Awafi Mill, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our returns and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.

To process a return or refund, customers must provide:

Returns without valid proof may not be accepted.

Customers within the UAE may return items only if they are defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, and the issue is verified:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping instructions will be shared once the request is approved.

For international customers, return shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer.
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved:
- A full refund will be issued if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Please note:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition (unless damaged on arrival).
Returns showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to transit issues may be rejected.

Products returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering are not eligible for return or refund.
Clearance or promotional items are non-returnable unless defective.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
